Colorado-themed home invites one to kick back, relax, and enjoy the view. Comfortably sleeping 8-10 guests, our home is the ideal stay for two families with 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and a sleeper sofa. Each generously sized bedroom has its own private bath, walkout to an expansive deck, and a view of the lakefront property. The first floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted dining and living room, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Walls of glass give you a bird’s eye view of a spectacular 180-degree view of the lake and Swan Wildlife Refuge across the water. The dining and living room open to the expansive deck outfitted with comfortable lawn furniture and a gas grill. In the evenings, we encourage you to light the Tiki torches or build a bonfire at the fire pit and enjoy the soothing sound of the water lapping the shore as you enjoy the starry sky. One of the master bedrooms is located on the first floor while the second master bedroom and third bedroom are located on the lower level. Each master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bath, and walkout view onto the deck. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds, private bath, and walkout to the deck as well. An extremely gentle concrete path to the private boat dock (no steps) makes it easily accessible and convenient for all ages to enjoy the lake. Our dock includes a covered boat slip, jet port for your PWC, and swim platform for sunbathing. Don’t feel like cooking? Need s’more marshmallows?
