This contract constitutes an agreement between the Guest and Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake (agent) to rent the premises managed by Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake. The restrictions, conditions and limitations described below are included as part of this agreement.

1. The Guest understands that the accommodations are privately owned, furnished by the owner and come as advertised. Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake and the owner are not required or obligated to provide additional furnishings or equipment.

2. The Guest agrees to the following CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $250.00 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 91 days or more are subject to a full refund minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of deposit. There are no refunds for early departures. Rates quoted do not include the applicable lodging tax.

3. Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake only rents to responsible parties. A responsible party must be 25 years or older to rent. Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake does not allow rentals for Fraternity Parties, Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties. Guest also understands that a 3 night minimum stay is required on all major holidays.

4. All properties are individually owned, so please take care of the property as you would your own.

• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee makers, microwaves and toasters). Please replace all kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets as found. 
• Please remove any perishable foods you may have brought with you.
• Please do not rearrange any furniture.  
• Please do not sit on indoor furniture with wet suits or suntan lotion on.

5. Each property is “Inspected” & signed off on by our Housekeeping Supervisor prior to your check in and upon your check out. Any missing items, broken items, smoking, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning, soiled/stained towels, or trash removal will be billed to your Credit card.

6. Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake offers no extra towels or maid service. Some suggested items to bring are Beach Towels Extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), Extra Pillows if your wish to sleep with more than one, Coffee filters, Bathing soap and Shampoo, Extra Dish Soap, Extra trash bags, and Sun tan lotion

7. Representatives from Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake have the express right to enter the rented properties at any time, with or without the Guest’s consent to inspect the property or perform routine maintenance.

8. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Your confirmation lists the maximum number of guests your reserved unit is designed to accommodate - this number includes children. We ask that you respect these guidelines the owners have set.  We must be very strict in enforcing these guidelines and should the actual numbers in the unit exceed the limit, you will be asked to leave the unit without refund.

9. Our properties have what is termed “Owner’s closet”, “Owner’s rooms”, or “Owner’s garage”. These areas are locked and off limits to the Guest. Please do not attempt to enter these areas.

10. This unit is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is allowed on decks and outside areas.  Please use ashtrays and do not leave cigarette butts on the property. There is a  $500.00 fine for smoking inside our properties.

11. Littoral Rights Vacation Rentals on Norris Lake will charge for the following items: $50.00 for non returned keys. We will have to call a locksmith to change locks anytime a key is not returned. $20.00 charge plus postage will be assessed for anything left behind to be collected and mailed to you.

12.  No RV’s, Campers, or Trailers (except boat trailers parked in driveway) are permitted on the properties. Violation of this will result in guest being asked to leave without refund.

13. NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Many of these are permanent residents. No loud music or outside parties after 10:00 p.m. Observe speed limits at all times. 

14. Absolutely no fireworks are allowed on the property. Insurance guidelines prohibit the use of fireworks. If fireworks are detonated you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for unused days.

UPON CHECK OUT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Bag all trash and put outside in front of driveway. Please turn off lights, fans, etc. If applicable, please turn heat or AC to designated temperature. Please lock up the house and return keys to lock box.
