LRVR is seeking original photographs that best exemplify our Vacation Homes and our guests spirit for its annual photo contest. One first place winner will receive one off season week stay; and the runner up one off season three day weekend. Third and Fourth place to be announced.

If you've captured a winning photo of Norris Lake or a LRVR vacation home, as you perceive it, with your camera, mail or email it along with your name, address, email address, telephone number and a brief description of the photo to:

Accepted formats via regular mail include 5-by-7-inch color prints, and digital images of at least 300 dpi accompanied by a photo quality print, or enter and upload your photo via email. Submissions must be recieved by October 15, 2010 and will not be returned. Photographs shall become the property of Littoral Rights Vacation Rental on Norris Lake.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This contest (Contest) is open to legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) (the "eligibility area") who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No entry from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. The Contest is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted. Employees and officers of Littoral Rights Vacation Rental, its homeowners, homeowners family, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants and contractors, their immediate families and those living in their same households are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER:

Littoral Rights Vacation Rental on Norris Lake is seeking original photographs that best exemplify LRVR homes and the LRVR guest spirit for its annual photo contest. Submit a 5 x 7 color print, 35mm color slide, or digital image of at least 300 dpi accompanied by a photo-quality print, or enter and upload your image online at:

The photograph must be an original work that was created by the entrant, cannot have previously won a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion or have been published previously in any form or by any means, including electronically.

If you have captured a winning photo of your friends and family having a good time in a LRVR home, as you perceive it, with your camera, you may mail it along with your name, address, email address, telephone number and a brief description of the photo to:

All entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2010 and will not be returned.

No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles allowed. Any submissions that do not conform to the foregoing guidelines or are received after the deadline will not be reviewed. You may enter as many times as you wish; however, each entry must be a different photograph and you must submit a separate entry form for each submission.

PRIZES: One first place winner will receive one off season week; second place: one off season three day weekend. Only the winners will be notified by mail or telephone. All prize awards are subject to verification. All taxes, incidentals, and other expenses associated with the prizes and not specified herein are the winners' sole responsibility.

PRIZE AWARDING: Prizes will be awarded only upon winner validation and verification by LRVR. No substitution will be permitted. If an initially selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Because of the unique nature and scope of the Contest, LRVR reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any date(s) or deadline(s) set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise governing the Contest.

CONDITIONS AND USE OF PHOTOGRAPH: Where permitted, submitting a photo for consideration, or acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Each photograph and information regarding the photograph submitted to LRVR shall become the exclusive property of LRVR. Unless you otherwise notify LRVR in writing when you submit your entry, by submitting the photograph to LRVR, you grant LRVR (and its licensees, successors and/or assignees) a perpetual, non-exclusive right and permission to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry, the photograph (as edited or unedited in LRVR’s sole discretion), and other information submitted with your entry in any way, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, without limitation, for commercial or non-commercial use, and without additional consideration to the entrant. LRVR shall own exclusively all rights, including copyright, in any and all works incorporating the photograph, and entrants will not receive any monetary compensation for use thereof.

DISQUALIFICATION: No entries will be accepted via facsimile. LRVR is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, as solely determined by LRVR, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, LRVR reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future Contests and/or sweepstakes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. IN NO EVENT WILL NLVR OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, FULFILLMENT, MARKETING AGENCIES, PUBLIC RELATION FIRMS, CONSULTANTS OR CONTRACTORS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Any and all disputes in connection with this Contest will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts in Nashville, Tennessee. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Tennessee and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Tennessee. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any and all lawsuits or other disputes that arise relating to this Contest must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winner is drawn. The failure of the LRVR to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force. Entry information provided may be used by LRVR to contact entrants and consumers for marketing purposes. If an entrant does not wish to be contacted, the entrant may submit a request to LRVR in accordance with its Privacy Policy located at http://www.GoToNorris.com.
